No, and there never will be. There is nothing to cancel and no monthly charge. You pay once when you create a video, or you buy a pack of credits and use them whenever you are ready.
Every video costs credits based on its length and quality: a 4-second 720p video is 40 credits and an 8-second 720p video is 80. Buy a pack and those credits sit in your account until you use them.
Paying per video means you pay for a single video at the standard rate. A pack gives you credits up front at a lower price per video, and right now the Medium and Large packs are on sale, so the Large pack works out cheapest of all per video.
No, your credits never expire. They stay in your account, ready for the next birthday or anniversary, and you can top up any time.
